DISCRIMINATION - Employer contributions to Worker's EPF fund must be the same 11-13% of total monthly wage/income

 DISCRIMINATION against migrant workers, a tool to weaken workers solidarity and unions. Workers should be accorded equal treatment - more so in terms of wages, other benefits from employers like annual leave, sick leaf,... where one of this benefit is that the employer makes monthly contributions to the Employees Provident Fund/KWSP (which was an old age savings scheme, today also a savings scheme where monies for specific things). The unjustified discrimination is the fact that for local workers employer contributes 11-13% of the total monthly wage, but only 2% for migrant workers. Why did not make noise and demand equal treatment...? Will such behaviour attract migrant workers to join trade unions... Remember workers united can never be defeated... That strength comes from the unity of both local worker and migrant workers... But, the migrant worker, why did the union and local workers fight against this discriminatory law? Why are we not bothered about the employee/workers cont...
